Thank you for choosing to shop at Limited Crochet - we greatly appreciate it, and sincerely hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can easily return any item within 30 days of receiving it.

Returns:

• Using the enclosed returns and exchanges form please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason, or your desired exchange size.
• Please insert the form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
• Please close the parcel securely and attach the returns label to the outside. To drop off your parcel, find the nearest store
• Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.

Exchange:

If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact our Customer Care team to reserve the new desired size and follow the steps mentioned above.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s).

• Returns conditions

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
  • Only one prepaid label is provided for each order. Therefore, all goods must be returned in the same parcel.
  • Downloadable products cannot be returned.
  • Customized products cannot be returned.
  • Make to Order products cannot be returned.
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • When returning items that arrived in separate parcels, please carefully pack them into their original packaging. Kindly use the individual labels for each parcel.

• Exchange conditions

  • We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
  • It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different item altogether.
  • Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.
  • Merchandise must be returned in one parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.
  • Downloadable products cannot be exchanged.
  • Customized products cannot be exchanged.
  • Make to Order products cannot be exchanged.
